The Cariad Marketing team is made up of a network of experienced internet marketing consultants, web designers, graphic designers, video production consultants and web copywriters in Hertfordshire. Our core team are based in our Hertford offices.

Justine Perry, Internet Marketing Consultant, Director

Justine is an internet marketing consultant with over 25 years sales & marketing experience. Whilst employed by Associated Newspapers for 17 years, she managed prestigious brands such as The Evening Standard; Loot and many subsidiary websites and magazines within the Daily Mail Group.

Seeking to redress her work/life balance, in 2007 she moved on to become General Manager of a local global software company. Having gained invaluable small business management experience. In 2009 Justine found it was time to realise her dream and Cariad Marketing was established.

Cariad Marketing's obectives are clear. To make big company thinking, marketing innvoation and skills accessible to the SME market in Hertfordshire. Put simply - Big company talent. Small company prices.

When she's not working Justine is to be found spending time with her family,  enjoying music, chilling at the spa or reading.

Carole Luck, Marketing Consultant

Carole is a traditional marketer who has welcomed and embraced the digital world.

Passionate about anything and everything online, Carole’s skills and knowledge were built up working for major brands, mainly in the travel industry, including Hilton, Budget Rent-a-Car and Austravel where she was responsible for marketing strategy and drove business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) campaigns.

With a particular enthusiasm for eCommunications, social media and blogging, Carole is a keen advocate of the benefits these communication tools can bring to local businesses; Carole is Cariad’s Chief Tweeter as well as Cookie Custodian at meetings.

Away from the office Carole is often found travelling to somewhere new or enjoying a motor sport event but she’s never far from her iPad.

Janet Horsley, Web Consultant  

Janet’s background is in IT projects for the insurance industry, including many years developing and maintaining risk assessment websites with thousands of pages (in eight different languages!)

After resigning from her corporate job and spending nearly a year travelling round the world doing voluntary work, she set up her own web design consultancy in 2009 to provide affordable web design services to small businesses, specialising in WordPress. Now a massive advocate of the Drupal CMS, Janet joined the Cariad Crew in 2012.

When not designing and building websites she will usually be found in the gym, swimming pool or rambling in the Hertfordshire countryside.
