Nooo not more paper.....

Why is it that I always seem to be swamped by paper at home? Every time I convince myself I have got on top of it all, the paper mountain just seems to appear again out of nowhere and it just keeps on growing. The more I accumulate, the less I seem to know what to do with it. There are times where it threatens to overwhelm me and it leaves me feeling really stressed out. Due to the threat of identity theft I seem to spend a lot of time shredding paper in a home shredder a sheet at a time and organisation seems to be getting out of control.

I know that a lot of other people face the same problem. Is it because we just do not know what to do with all this paper or are we afraid to shred it or throw it out because we may just need it later on?

So what is the answer…well I think I just may have found it.

I attended a 4Networking meeting in Saffron Walden earlier this week where I met with Ian Hudson from Copykeep. As well as offering a confidential document scanning and a paper disposal service to businesses, they have just recently launched a package aimed at the consumer. They can scan all your documents, organise the scanned files in a sensible fashion, then they will either dispose of the paper confidentially or it can be kept in storage for a very low cost.
