The website will be launched within four weeks from receipt of a signed purchase order and payment, providing all necessary content and information has been supplied.
If you need your new website quicker, we do offer an Express Service - details on request.
Yes - within reason. Obviously the domain has to be available! We do not accept any sexually explicit, racist, terrorist or offending domain names.
The domain will be owned by Cariad Marketing whilst we are supporting and managing the site as this enables us to do all of the back-end stuff to ensure optimal performance. Should you wish to terminate your contract after the first year, the domain will be transferred free of charge to you for .co.uk’s. There will be a small charge to transfer any other domains as we would be charged for this. The transfer charge will be made at cost price from our Domain Supplier.
Sure. We have a graphic design service available and are keen to help you with your branding requirements.

The Drupal CMS is a completely modular system therefore we have an add-on for pretty much anything you may require. The most popular modules are:

Yes, we can produce Flash graphics for you, however we do always advise that use of Flash does inhibit certain aspects of SEO. Please contact us for a quote.
We will help you with the text however you will need to come up with the majority of the copy yourself. We will review all of the content as part of our SEO review before the site goes live and optimise your website for the search engines. Alternatively, if copywriting is not your 'thing', we can provide a professional copywriter to write the website content for you, at an additional cost. Just ask for details.
Whilst you change the text yourself through your Drupal CMS (content mangement system), changes to the colours, photos and logo will need to be made by the Cariad Marketing team.
You will what is called a rolling contract, which means that after the initial 12 month period the contract will continue until such time as you wish it to be stopped.
Yes. Your website will be submitted to all the major search engines and when we build the site we pay particular attention to ensuring that all aspects of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) are considered. We will run checks on a monthly basis to see if the SEO can be improved. We also review the website copy before it goes live to ensure that the copy will help drive traffic to your website and we make any minor copy amendments that will help SEO.
No one can guarantee the number one spot on the first page of Google, and always bear in mind what you want to be number one for. There are many different keywords to choose from and you need to think about which ones your target market are likely to use. Also the search engines algorithms change regularly so you may find yourself on page one one day but not the next. If you have a well constructed search engine friendly website and keep it well maintained then you will have the best possible chance of getting and keeping a good page ranking.

Adding back-links to the website will be down to you. However we will provide you with suggestions to get you started.
A back-link is a link from website to another. Search engines see these as votes of confidence that your website is a good site. Therefore the more back-links you have the better. However beware of buying hundreds of back-links as you cannot be certain of where these have come from. You do not want to be connected to blacklisted or suspect sites as this could impact your ranking within the search engines. It is better to add backlinks gradually over a period of time and to go for quality over quantity. A good social media strategy will help enhance your back-links.
Yes - most of it. Each website comes with a Drupal CMS (content management system). This means you can edit the text on the pages as often as like and change things like special offers, photos, prices etc. You will be given full training on the use of the Drupal CMS (content management system) - it is very simple just like using Microsoft Word or PowerPoint
You new website will be installed with Google Analytics as standard. You will receive your website analytics report either on a weekly or a monthly basis and it will show you a whole array of information such as how much traffic is coming to your website, where it is coming from, and what search terms are being used etc.
